EstoniaAleksander Veingold is an Estonian International Master who won the Estonian Chess Championship. He earned the Soviet Master title in 1975 before receiving the IM designation from FIDE in 1983, and his repertoire includes the Scheveningen Sicilian and Queen's Gambit Accepted.
