GM Valery Chekhov
RussiaValery Chekhov is a Russian Grandmaster and former World Junior Chess Champion, having claimed the title in 1975. In the mid-1980s, he and his wife were based in East Germany, where he provided chess training to Soviet military personnel stationed there.
