GM Valery Loginov
Valery Loginov is a Soviet and Russian Grandmaster who earned the title in 1991 and represented Uzbekistan from 1992 to 1995. A three-time Uzbekistani champion and silver medalist at the 1992 Chess Olympiad, he also won the Saint Petersburg City Championship, demonstrating sustained excellence across national boundaries.
