GM Vladimir Malaniuk
Vladimir Malaniuk was a Ukrainian Grandmaster and three-time national champion who represented Ukraine in three Chess Olympiads, earning team silver in 1996 and bronze in 1998. He also won an individual gold medal at the 1993 World Team Championship and competed in the 1998 FIDE World Chess Championship. His opening repertoire prominently featured the Dutch Defence and various Indian setups.
