GM Iván Faragó
Iván Faragó was a Hungarian Grandmaster who earned his title in 1976 and remained an active competitor for over fifty years. He won the Hungarian Championship in 1986 and represented the Griesheim chess club in Germany's Bundesliga. Born in Budapest, he reached a peak rating of 2540.
